RESOLUTION NO. 1858
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 10677, LOCATED AT 17522
VANDENBERG LANE.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin, does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and dtermines as follows:
A. That a proper application was filed by Hall & Foreman, Incor-
porated, on behalf of Quail Place Development Corporation,
pursuant to the provisions of Subdivision Ordinance No. 651 (as
amended) for the purpose of creating a one lot subdivision for
residential condominiums from a subdivision of Parcel 2, as
shown on a map filed in Book 55, page 22 of parcel maps, records
of Orange County.
B. That said proposal is in accordance with the Land Use Element
of the Tustin Area General Plan.
C. That subject condominium conversion is categorically exempt
from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act.

I II. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval
· of Final Tract Map No. 10677, subject to the following conditions:

A. Terms and conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1813
and City Council Resolution No. 79-32.
B. Deposit of cash bond with City for all required public improve-
ments.
C. Final approval by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Agency,
held on the _3rd day of December, 1979.
