RESOLUTION NO. 1828
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT 10258.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines.as follows:
A. That a proper application was filed by Elmer Amon on behalf of ~
Eastways Development Corporation pursuant to the provisions of '~
the Subdivision Ordinance 651 (as amended) for the purpose of
creating 13 separate parcels from portions, of lots 39 and 40' as . o
recorded in Book 4, pages 218'and 219 of Miscellaneous Records of-
Los Angeles County. . ~
B. That said Tentative Tract Map is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
C. That a Negative Declarationwas approved for this project.
D. That the final map is in substantial conformance with the tentative
map.
II. The ~Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval of
Final Tract 10258 subject to the following donditions:
1. Ail conditions listed in Resolutions No. 1784 and 78-112.
2. Final apprOval of the City Engineer.
3. Payment of Parkland fees in the amount of $8,757.14.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Agency held
on the 18th day of June, 1979.
