RESOLUTION NO. 1816
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN DENYING A USE PERMIT REQUEST
FOR AN APARTMENT CONVERSION TO CONDOMINIUMS
AT 13901 YORBA STREET.
·
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: '
A. That a proper application (Use Permit 79-10) was filed on
behalf of Southern Counties Management Company for a con-
ditional use permit to authorize the condo~.inium conversion of
.the Yorba Hacienda apartments at 13901 Yorba Street (southwest
corner of Yorba Street and Medford Avenue).
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held on said
~.~ ._lcat ion.
Tka~ condominium conversions must Comply with the provisions
the Planned Development District of the Zoning Code.
Tkat covered patios, entryways, and roof top recreation patios shall
n~c be considered as open space to satisy provisions of the
Planned Development District.
/[nat the proposed conversion does not comply with the 50% open
-pa~_ requirement of the Planned Development District.
ii. Th~ ?!~ning Agency hereby denies a conditional Use permit as applied
~ ~o convert the Yorba Hacienda apartments at the southwest corner
~ ~'~~_~ Street an~ Medford Avenue.
