RESOLUTION NO. 76-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AS REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF TUSTIN ACKNOWLEDGING AND
RECEIVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAN FOR THE PROJECT AREA
The Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Tustin
·
does hereby resolve as follows-
. .
1. The Community Redevelopment Agency finds and determines
as follows-
o
a.. That pursuant to Chapter 4, Ar~icl~ III, Division
24 of the Health and Safety Code of the State of
California, that the Planning' Commission of the
City of Tustin is charged with the responsibility
of defining a project area for the purpose, of
implementing the California Redevelopment Act and
to formulate a preliminary plan for thee redevelop-
ment of the selected project' area.
That the Planning ~ommission did on September 27,
1976 by Resolution No. 1549, select a project
area and for~:ulate a preliminary plan which-
1. Describes the boundaries of the project area;
2. Contains statement of land use, layout of
streets, population densities and building
intensities and standards-proposed for the
project area;

3. Indicates how the purposes of the Redevelopment
Act would be attained by redevelopment; and
4. Describes the general impact of the project
upon residents of the area and the surrounding
neighborhood.
2. The Community Redevelopment Agency has received the
project area from the Pl. anning Commission and adopts the project
area as recommended by the Planning Commission.
3. The Community Redevelopn'0ant Agency has received the
preliminary plan from the Planning Commission, and adopts the
preliminary plan as recommended by the Planning Commission.
4. The City Clerk for the Redevelopment Agency shall
transmit to the auditor and tax assessor of Orange County:
a. A description of the boundaries of the projected
area;
b. A. statement that a plan for the redevelopment of
the area is being prepared; and
c. A map indicating the boundaries of the project
area.
5. The Community Redevelopment Agency and the City staff
shall prepare a redevelopment ~an for the project area: ~nd
submit said plan to the Planning Commission for its review. The ~
Community Redevelopment Agency, City staff.and Planning Commission
shall take such other steps and procedures as required by law .
for adoption of a redevelopment plan.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
of the City of Tustin, California this 4th day of October, 1976

that the whole number of the members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that the above and
foregoing Resol'ution No. 76-113 was duly and regularly
introduced, read, passed and adopted at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 4th day of October, 1976 ,
