RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action (ZAA) No. 12-
001 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2011-20 to operate a yoga studio
with accessory retail use within an existing tenant space at 2872 EI Camino
Real in The Market Place shopping center.

The Public Hearing opened at 10:38 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced City staff and asked the attendees
to introduce themselves.
Terri Dickerhoff indicated she was representing the applicant, Linda Schmehl of
CorePower Yoga. John Ellis indicated he was representing Ellis Contracting for
CorePower Yoga.
The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the report, and asked Ms. Dickerhoff
if she had reviewed the report and conditions of approval.
Ms. Dickerhoff answered in affirmation, and stated she had no questions or
concerns regarding the report and conditions of approval.
The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action
No. 12-001 approving Conditional Use Permit 2011-20.
The Public Hearing closed at 10:43 a.m.
