RESOLUTION NO. 1799
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP
NO. 10477 LOCATED AT 515 EAST FIRST STREET.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin finds and determines as
follows:
a. That Final Tract Map No. 10477 was submitted to the Planning
Agency by the owner, Gerald Rewers, for the purpose of creating
a one lot subdivision for office condominium purposes from a sub-
division of a parcel as shown on a map recorded in Book 56, Page 7
of Parcel Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
b. That said parcel is in conformance with the Zoning Ordinance and
the General Plan for the City of Tustin and the application is in
conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance of
the City of Tustin.
c. That an Environmental Impact Report was previously certified for
this project.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends approval of Final Tract Map
No. 10477 subject to the following conditions:
a. All of the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1765 and
City Council Resolution 78-81 which approved Tentative Tract 10477.
b. Final review and approval of bonds and agreements.
c. Final approval of map by City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at i.a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the
City of Tustin, California held on the 15th day of January,, 1979.
