RESOLUTION NO. 1798
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
FINAL TRACT 563 TO THE CITY COUNCIL.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That a proper application was filed by the Robert P. Warmington
Company pursuant to Ordinance No. 651 (as amended) for the pur-
pose of creating 4 commercial lots along the easterly side of
Newport Avenue, 100' southerly of Irvine Boulevard.
b. That the proposed map is in conformance with the Land Use Element
of the Tustin Area General Plan.
c. That an EIR has been certified for the above project (EIR 77-4) and
is in the process of being amended.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council the approval
of Final Tract 563 subject to the following conditions:
a. Ail of the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1769 and
City Council Resolution No. 78-86 approving Tentative Tract Map
No. 10495.
b. Final approval of map by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the City
of Tustin, California, held on the 15th day of January, 1979
