RESOLUTION NO. 1796
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN PLANNING AGENCY,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF FINAL
PARCEL MAP 78-115.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as followws:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That Final Parcel Map 78-115 was submitted to the Planning Agency
pursuant to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 651 by Psomas and
Associates on behalf of Goldrich, Kest and Associates for the
purpose of creating 3 parcels from existing 2 parcels known as
Block "A" of the South Tustin Tract of Book 1, of Miscellaneous
Maps of Orange County.
b. Shat said proposal is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
the General Plan.
c. That an Environmental Impact Report was certified for this de-
ve lopme n t.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recomme'nds to the City Council approval of
Final Parcel Map 78-115 subject to the following conditions:
a. Ail of the conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1740 and
City Council Resolution No.- 78-57 approving Tentative Parcel
Map No, 78-57.
b. Final review and approval of subdivision bonds and agreements.
c. Final approval of map by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Agency
held on the 15th day of January, 1979
