A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN PLANNING AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE
CITY COUNCIL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 78-125

The City of Tustin Planning Agency does hereby resolve

1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That a final parcel map was filed by the John S.
Griffith Corporation pursuant to the provisions
of Subdivision Ordinance .No. 651 (as amended) to
split Lot 4, Book 89, Pages 34 and 35 of Parcel
Maps of Orange County, into two separate parcels
b. That said proposal is in accordance with the Land
Use Element of the Tustin Area General Plan.
c. That an environmental impact report was previously
certified for the entire shopping center to comply
with the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act.

· 2. The City of Tustin Planning Agency hereby recommends to
the City Council approval of Final Parcel Map 78-125 subject
to the following conditions:
a. Ail of the previous conditions of approval for Parcel
Map 76-85.
b. Final approval of the City Engineer.
