RESOLUTION NO. 1794
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP
78-120.
The Planning Agency of the City of TuStin does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That Final Parcel Map 78-120 was submitted to the Planning Agency
pursuant to Ordinance 651 (as amended) by LPI/Winger Associates
for the purpose of creating 11 parcels from portions of two
previous maps, Lot 1 of Tract 8763 and Parcel 2 of parcel map
recorded in Book 93, pages 14 and 15, Records of Orange County.
b. That said Parcel Map is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General Plan.
c. That an Environmental Impact Report was previously certified for
the Tustin-Irvine Industrial Complex. (EIR 73-1).
d. That the Final Map is in substantial compliance with the tenta-
tive map.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council the approval
of Final Parcel Map 78-120 subject to the following conditions:
a. Ail conditions of Resolution No. 1771.
b. Final aPproval of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of Tustin Planning
Agency on December 18, 1978.
