RESOLUTION NO. 1792
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE .CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFOP~IA, GRANTING A USE PERMIT ON
APPLICATION NO. 78-23 OF THOMPSON.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin, California, does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines:
a. That a proper application, No. 78-23, was filed on behalf of
Cliff Thompson for a use permit to permit development on the
property described on Exhibit A, attached hereto.
b. That the Planning Agency duly called, noticed, and held a public
hearing on said application.
c. That the proposed use and development is compatible with the
zoning on the subject property, will not be detrimental to adjoin-
ing properties, persons or uses, is consistent with the limitations
of the PD District and said use permit should be granted.
d. That a Negative Declaration was approved for this project to comply
with the California Environmental Quality Act.
2. The Planning Agency hereby grants a use permit as applied for to permit
development upon the subject property in accordance with the plans and
specifications on file with the City of Tustin and subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
a. Four (4) homes, each of three bedrooms, may be constructed.
b. That adequate parking shall be provided, including two-car' garage
for each residence together with two additional uncovered spaces
in the driveway of each residence.
c. That a twenty-seven (27) foot wide street be constructed to City
specifications.
d. That a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions shall
be prepared by the applicant, approved by the City Attorney, which
shall provide for the construction, maintenance, repair and sharing
of expense thereof of the street to be constructed.
e. That a fire hydrant be installed on Gylah Lane in accordance with
the requirements of the Orange County Fire Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the City
of Tustin, California, on this 18th day of December, 1978.
