RESOLUTION NO. 1782
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING USE
PERMIT 78-22 FOR TIlE CONSTRUCTION OF 12
TOWNHOME UNITS AT 15742 "B" STREET
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows'
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows'
a. That a proper application was submitted by Steven Justus on
behalf of Construction Investments of 17742 Irvine Boulevard,
Tustin, for a proposed Townhome development at 15742 "B" Street.
b. That a public hearing was duly noticed and held on said
application on October 2, 1978.
c. That said use permit was issued a negative declaration under
the requirements of CEQA because of conformance to the general
plan and no adverse impact on the community.

2. The Planning Agency recommends approval subject to the following
conditions:
a. Construction of the townhomes shall not exceed 14.5 units per
acre in the manner of the site plan hereto attached and described
as "Exhibit A".
b. Compliance with the Fire Code requirements of the County Fire
~Iarshall.
c. Dedication of streets and construction of all street improve-
ments to the requirements and satisfaction of the City Engineer
as stated in City Ordinances and "Street Improvement Standards"
of the City of Tustin.
d. Payment of alt building, sewer, and usual development fees of
the City of Tustin and responsible agencies.
e. Submission and approval of colors, building materials, and
landscaping plans by the Community Development Director.
f. Compliance with all City and State ~landated Codes and City
Guidelines applicable to this development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the
City of Tustin, California, on the 2nd day of October, 1978.
