RESOLUTION NO. 1781

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECONII~lENDING TO TIE CITY
~ COUNCIL DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY.
5 The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as
follows:

1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:

a. That a proper application was properly initiated by the
8 Planning Agency for the purpose of determining the need, if
9 any, for a parcel of land described as all of Parcel 3 as
shown on the map recorded in Book 106, pages 31 and 32 of
Parcel Maps Records of Orange County..

b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and
~-1 held on the proposal to dispose of said property.
~-2 c. That a sale of the subject property is in conformance
with the Tustin Area General Plan.

d. That a request for a Negative Declaration has been
l4 applied for.
~5 e. That the subject. property is and should be disposed of
for private use and development for the following reasons:

1. The property is not suitable nor adequate for any
17 public purpose to include a park.. ._,,,
~-8 2. There is no contemplated use of the property for
public right-of-way, either presently or prospectively.

2. The Planning Agency, pursuant to Section 37350 and 65402 of the
~~ Government Code hereby recommends to the City Council ttie
disposition by sale of the subject parcel.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency
