RESOLUTION NO. 1780
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE
CITY COUNCIL OF ZONE CHANGE 78-4.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
(a) That a proper application: (zone change 78-4) has been
initiated by the City, for a change in zone from the Public
& Institutional (P & I) to the Planned Industrial (PM) for
the property identified as all of Parcel § as shown on the
map recorded in Book 106, pages 31 & 32 of Parcel Maps
records of Orange County.
(b) That the subject property is a 1.218 acre vacant parcel
on the southerly side of 6th Street, 672 feet westerly of
E1 Camino Real.

(c) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held
on said application.
(d) That a zone change should be granted for the following
reasons:
1. The properties to the east are zoned industrial.
2. The change would bring the subject property into
conformance with Tustin Area General Plan.
(e) That a Negative Declaration should be granted for this
project to conform to the California Environmental Quality Act.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council the
approval of Zone Change 78-4 subject to the following conditions:
(a) Subject future development shall require submission to
the Planning Agency of precise development plans. These
plans shall~be in conformance with the development standards,
as specified by Resolution No. 78-78 of the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning
Agency held on the 18th day of September, 1978.
