RESOLUT I ON NO. 1779
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING USE PERMIT 78-21
TO ALLOW THE TUSTIN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT TO
UTILIZE C.C. LAMBERT SCHOOL FOR HIGH SCHOOL
CLASSES
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
fo 1 i ows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That a proper application for Use Permit 78-21 was filed by
the Tustin Unified School District requesting the use
of C.C. Lambert School for high school classroom activities.
b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
heard on said application.
c. That said use permit is granted a Declaration of Negative
Impact according to the requirements of CEQA because of
the limited impact and mitigating measures available.
2. Use Permit 78-21 is hereby granted subject to the following
cond it ions:
a. Tustin Unified School District will assist, if necessary,
in restricting student parking on San Juan and Orange
Streets and help insure the safety of students crossing
San Juan.
b. City of Tustin will provide whatever signage or street
markings are required to help insure the safety of
students and other persons using the facility.
c. Tustin Unified School District will take whatever reasonable
measures are necessary to alleviate any adverse impacts on
neighboring properties should unforeseen problems arise.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of
the City of Tustin held on the 5th day of September, 1978.
