HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 17781 2 3 4 5 6 ? 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 2O 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO 1778 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF PRE- ZONE 78-18 TO THE CITY COUNCIL The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Agency finds and determines the following: That a proper application was initiated by Clifford Thompson to prezone certain property at 18422 Warren Avenue to Planned Development (PD) District. b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. That the proposed zoning and use is in conformance ;with the Tustin Area General Plan. d. That a Negative Declaration for an exemption from an Environmental Impact Report has been applied for. 2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval of Pre-Zone 78-18 fbr the property as described in Exhibit "A" to the Planned Development District subject to the following conditions: (a) That the pre-zoning shall, be effective upon annexation to the City of Tustin. (b) That a use permit shall be applied pursuant to the requirements of the Planned Development District. (c) If the homes are to be sold individually the land will have to be subdivided as a condominium project. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency held on the 5th day of September, 1978.
