RESOLUTION NO. 1770
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN APPROVING FINAL PARCEL
MAP NO. 78-121 FOR PROPERTY ON THE WEST
SIDE OF YORBA STREET, NORTHERLY OF JACARANDA.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin hereby resolves as follows-
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows-
A. That Final Parcel Hap No. 78-121 was submitted pursuant
to Ordinance 651 (as amended) by Kerry Lawler on behalf
of Larmor Development for the purpose of creating 2
parcels from one existing parcel of Parcel 1 of oarcel
map recorded in Book 109, Page 18, Records of Orange
County.
B. That the proposed map is in conformance with the General
Plan.
C. That this proposed division is categorically exempt
from the requirements of an Environmental Impact Report.
2. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin recommends approval
of Final Parcel Map 78-121 to the City Council subject to
the following conditions-
A. Compliance with the conditions of approval for
Parcel Map No. 77-97.
B. Recordation of all utility easements between parcels
as required including but not limited to the f~llowing-
water, sewer, electrical and telephone.
C. The developer shall have a civil engineer revise the
improvement plan for Yorba Street (refer to Plan No.
1012 and 1013) to show the construction of and shall
construct all mi.ssingstreet improvements adjacent to
said development per the City of Tustin "Minimum
Design Standards for Public Works" and "Street
Improvement Standards."
D. The developer shall provide a separate water and
sewer service for each parcel.
E. Installation of all utilities underground in connection
with this development with no poles be set either on
or adjacent to the subject development.
F. Final approval of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of,.Tustin Planning
Agency, held on the 7th day of August, 1978.
