HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1767 1 2 4 5 8 9 10 11 16 19 20 ~4 .25 27 50 RESOLUTION NO. 1767 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 78--119 The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Agency finds and determines: a. That Final Parcel Map 78-119 was submitted to the Planning Agency pursuant to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 651 by J. ..~ P. Kapp and Associates, Inc., on behalf of John A. and Ann Clara Richardson for the purpose of creating two lots from one parcel being a division of a portion of the land allotted to F. W. Koll in decree of Partition of Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, rendered in Case No. 1192 and entered September 12, 1868, in Bopk "B", page 410 of Judgment of the 17th Judicial District Court of California. b. That said proposal is in conformance with the Land Use Element of the Tustin Area General Plan. c. That a Negative Declaration has been posted to conform with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. 2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval of Final Parcel Map No. 78-119 subject to the following conditions: a. That access to Pasadena Avenue from Parcel 1 is denied due to the close proximity of existing driveways on either side of Parcel 1. b. That the developer shall dedicate to the City the access from Parcel 1 to Pasadena Avenue. c. The developer shall provide and record with the County Recc~ a reciprocal access agreement, between Parcels 1 and 2 to Parcel 1 access to Pasadena Avenue via the existing driveway for Parcel 2.'
