RESOLUTION NO. 1766
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, THE
AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 1686 AND CITY
COUNCIL RESOLUTION 78--103.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve
·
as follows:
1. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin finds and determines:
a. That the safe and orderly development of the City requires the
amendment of the conditions attached to Final Tract 10029
requiring a retaining wall to be placed outside the public
street right-of-way.
b. That the staff has.recommended to'the Planning Agency approval
of such an amendment subject to the retaining wall footing
being set at 0.70' below existing top of curb.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends appreval of the amendment to
Resolution No. 1686 subject to the top elevation of the retaining wall footing
being set at 0.70' below existing top of curb.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the
City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of July, 1978.
