A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 78-122
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: . ~' ~
a. The Final Parcel Map 78--122 was submitted to the Planning
Agency in conformance with the requirements of the Subdivision.
Ordinance by Signal Landmark, Inc., for the purpose of creating
two parcels on Lot 4 of Tract 7721 as shown in Book 347,
Pages 35 and 36 of Miscellaneous Map of Orange County, Californi~
b.. That said subdivision is in conformance with the Zoning
Ordinance and Land Use Element of the Tustin General Plan.
c. That a Negative Declaration has been filed to conform with
the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
2. The Planning hereby recommends to the City Council approval of
Final Parcel Map 78-122 subject to the following conditions:
a. Approval of all reciprocal access and parking agreements between
Parcels No. 1 and No. 2 by the City Attorney.
b. Approval of drainage agreement for Parcel No. 2 to accept storr
water runoff from Parcel No. 1.
c. Recordation of all utility easements between parcels as require~
including but not limited to the following: water, sewer,
electrical and telephone.
d. Final approval of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the
City of Tustin, California, held on the 17th day of July, 1978.
