HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1756RESOLUTION NO. 1756 4 6 ? 8 9 10 11 16 19 £0 ~4 ~5 Z6 Z8 ~9 51 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, DENYING THE OPERATION OF A SNACK SHOP AT 13872 RED HILL AVENUE The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Agency of the'City of Tustin finds and determines as follows: a. That a proper application (Use Permit 78-10) was filed by the Mobil Oil Corporation. The request authorization to operate a snack shop for the sale of food and beverages in conjunction with a gasoline secvice station at the north east corner of Red Hill Avenue and Laguna Road. b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held on said application. c. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of use applied for at the site proposed would not be compatible with the existing improvements and with adjacent land uses based upon the following: 1. The site was originally designed as an auto service station and is still being operated as a gasoline station. Increased intensity of use is not suitable for this site. 2. The services which will be a result of the improvements are currently provided by adjacent businesses. 2. The Planning Agency hereby denies Use Permit 78-10, as applied for, to authorize a snack shop within a previously constructed service station skructure. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 5th day of June, 1978.
