RESOLUTION NO. 1751
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY
COUNCIL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP 78-118
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That Final Parcel Map 78-118 was submitted to the Planning
Agency pursuant to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 651 by Tustin
Center Associates for the purpose of creating one lot from nine
previous lots which were recorded in Book 4, pages 218, and 219
of miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County (Lots 1, 2, 3, 7,
8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 7).
b. That said proposal is in conformance with the Land Use Element
of the Tustin Area General Plan.
c. That a Negative Declaration has been filed to conform with the
requirements of' the California Environmental ~uality Act.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval
of Final Parcel Map 78-118 subject to the following conditions:
a. Dedication of a 15' wide sewer easement for the proposed re-
alignment of the 8" VCP sanitary sewer (existing sewer easement
within the segment of realignment will be quitclaimed to the
property owner).
b. Dedication of a 16' x 16' corner cut-off at the northwesterly
corner of E1Camino Real and Third Street, and a 8' x 8' corner
cut-off at the southeasterly corner of "C" Street and Second St.
c. Construction of all public improvements required for the proposed
office building development consisting of curbs, gutters, sidewalkL.,
drive and sanitary sewer aprons per City standards.
d. Installation of street trees per the City's Master Plan of stree~
trees as required by the City Engineer.
e. Final approval of the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the
City of Tustin on the 15th day of May, 1978.
