RESOLUTION NO. 1750
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF TENTATIVE PARCEL
MAP 78-117
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That Tentative Parcel Map No. 78-117 was' submitted pursuant
to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 651 by the Tustin Unified
School District to create 3 lots from one existing lot of
Block 6 and a portion of Block 16, Book 4, pages 218 and 219
of miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County.
b. A Negative Declaration has been prepared and is hereby
granted to comply with 'the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act.
c. That the propos%d action is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval
of Tentative Parcel Map 78-117 subject to the following conditions:
a. Payment of sewer connection fees per Orange County Sanitation
District No. 7 ordinance.
b. Payment of $35.00 per tree to the City for planting of trees
at 40 feet on center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency of the
city of Tustin, California held on the 15th day of May, 1978.
