RESOLUTION NO. 1740
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN PLANNING
AGENCY RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL
OF TENATIVE PARCEL MAP 78-115
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
a. That Tentative Parcel Map 78-115 was submitted to the
Planning Agency pursuant to the Subdivision Ordinance No.
651 by Psomas and Associates on behalf of Goldrich, Kest
and Associates for the purpose of creating 3 parcels from
existing 2 parcels known as Block "A" of the South Tustin
Tract of Book 1, of Miscellaneous Maps ~.,O~ange County.
b. That said proposal is in conformance with the Land Use
Element of the General Plan.
c. That an Environmental Impact Report was certified for
this development.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council
approval of Tentative Parcel Map 78-115 subject to the following conditions:
a. Submission of Street Improvement Plans prepared by a civil
engineer calling for the construction of and construct stree
improvements on the northerly half of Sixth Street, adjacent
to this map, per the adopted precise alignment and per the
City of Tustin "Minimum Design Standards for Public Works"
and "Street Imrpovement Standards". This work shall consist
of but is not limited to:
1. Sidewalk.
2. Curb and gutter as required by the City Engineer and
and per the adopted precise alignment.
3. Street pavement as required by the City Engineer and
per the adopted precise alignment.
4. Storm drain'across the frontage of this map to pick up
the sump area including any off-site drainage which may
be required by the City Engineer.
5. Marbelite street lights served with underground conduit.
6. Street trees. .
7. New 8" ACP water main in Sixth Street from end of
existing 6" ACP water main in Sixth Street to east line
of Parcel 2.
8. New fire hydrant at east line of Parcel 2.
9. Install on-site fire hydrants as may be required by the
Orange County Fire Marshall.
b. Dedication of right-of-way per the adopted precise alignment
and as indicated on the Tentative Map.
c. Submit hydraulic calculations supporting the adequacy of the
existing sewer line in Sixt~ Street and enlarge sewer if
required.
d. The Fire Department has stated that the water line is
inadequate. The water main extension on Sixth Street
easterly of Parcel 2, is programmed for installation by the
City in the' fut~reJ
