The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby 5 resolve as follows: 6 1. The Planning Agency finds and determines: a. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed 8 and held on said application. 9 10 11 12 15 b. That the prezoning is in conformance with the Tustin General Plan. c. That the proposed prezoning is compatible with the existing zoning and land use designation of the properties as they now exist in the County. 2.
