A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY
RECOMMENDING FOR PREZONING THE PROPERTY
CONTAINED WITHIN ANNEXATION NO. 106,
MITCHELL-DEBUSK TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
THE COUNTY ZONING OF 4-1 AND PD-4000.

CONTAINED WITI{IN ANNEXATION NO. 106,
MITCHELL-DEBUSK TO BE CONSISTEUT WITH
THE COUNTY ZONING OF R-1 AND PD--4000.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby

resolve as follows:

1. The Planning Agency finds and determines:
a. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
8 and held on said application.

b. That the prezoning is in conformance with the
Tustin General Plan.
c. That the proposed prezoning is compatible with
the existing zoning and land use designation of
the properties as they now exist in the County.
2. The Planning Agency hereby recommends that the City
15 Council Prezone Annexation No. 106, Mitchell-Debusk from County
R-1 and PD-4000 to City of Tustin' R--1 and PD--4000.
