RESOLUTION NO. 1700
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1580 WHICH APPROVED USE PERMIT
76-25 FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF LARWIN SQUARE SHOPPING
CENTER.

resolve as follows:

a. That a proper application was filed by Mr. Norman
Pulliam to amend Use Permit 75-5 to authorize the

b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and
held on said application.
c. That final tenant improvement plans shall be submitted,
reviewed, and approved by the Community Development
Director.
2. The Planning Agency does hereby resolve that condition

j. A fast food restaurant not to exceed 67 person seating
capacity is authorized to be located in the new
shop area of Building A as exhibited on the approved
master site plan for the subject center.
Also that the parking area directly in front of the
subject structure shall be off-set from the traffic
aisle to allow for greater vehicle maneuverability.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency
held on the 5th day of December, 1977.
