RESOLUTION NO. 1697
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATON
NO. U.P. 77-36, OF ROBERT P. WARMINGTON COMPANY.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. The Planning Agency finds and ~etermines as
follows:
a. That a property application (U.P. 77-36) was
filed on behalf of Robert P. Warmington Company for
a conditional Use Permit to allow the construction
and use of two temporary tract identification signs,
7' x 14' for the property located at Carroll Way
and Medford Avenue in the City of Tustin.
b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held
on said application.
c. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of
the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimen-
tal to the Property and improvements in the neighborhood
of the subject property, nor to the general welfare
of the City of Tustin, and should be granted.
2. The Planning Agency hereby grants a Conditional Use
Permit, as applied fo~ to allow the construction and
'use of two temporary identification tract signs, subject
to the following conditions:
a. That applicant shall post a one hundred dollar ($100.)
bond guaranteeing the removal of each sign.
b. Signs within the required setback area require the
approval of the City Engineer.
c. The maximum heights of the sign shall be twenty
feet.
d. The signs shall not encroach within the public right-of-
way.
e. The signs shall be removed after the sale of the last
home or at the end of a year, which ever occurs first.
f. Submittal of precise plans will be required prior to
the issuance of a sign permit.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Agency
held on the 5th day of December, 1977.
