RESOLUTION NO. 1653
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN RECOPU-iE:VDIr1G GENERAL PLAIV AMEND-
MENT' 77-2 (D) .

The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Agency Commission finds and
determines as follows:
a. That a proper application (General Plan
Amendment 77-2 (D)) was initiated by the
City of Tustin for a General Plan Amendment
to reclassify the City owned property on
Sixth Street, westerly of "B" Street,
known as the athletic field adjacent to the
Tustin Boy's Club, from the Public and
Institutional to the Planned Industrial
(PM) classification.
b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticec'~
and held on said application.

That the proposed amendment would not`~e
incompatible with adjoining developments and
the general area.
That a negative environmental declaration has
been requested and is hereby approved..
2. The Planning Agency herby recommends to the
City Council the approval of General Plan Amend-
- ment 77-2 (D) to reclassify subject property from
the Public and Institutional to the Planned
Industrial classification.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a special meeting of the Planning
Agency of the City of Tustin, California, on the 18th day of
July, 1977.
