OI' NI SSO:V AND UTT~ DRIVE . The Planninb Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: _ 1. The Flannin~ Agency finds and determines as follows: a. That Section 653~C.1 of the Government Code of the State of California provides that when it is deemed to be in the public interest, the le;islative body may amend a part of the General Plan. That in accordance vrith Section 65356 of the Government Code of the State of California, a public hearing ~;as duly advertised and held on July 18, 19??, on the application of Nancy Curtis to consider General Plan Amendment ?7-2(B) to recl~.ssify the parcel at the south- east corner of Nisson and Utt Drive from R-1 to I~iulti-Family residential use. ~ _ 4 b. That the proposed change would not have a sig- . nificant impact upon the environment and is granted a Negative Declaration. c . That the highest anc? best use of the property would be for redevelopment as an apart:~ient house tt~ith density not to exceed 4~~- dwelling unit . .:- . d. That the change in classification would '~e in the public interest and not c:etri:rentwl to the welfare of the puhl_c or the surrounding prop- erty o~•~ner~. ~. RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOIt4MENDING AIdENDP;IENT TO THE LAND USE ELEh7ENT OF T&E GENERAL PLAN RELATIVE TO THE PARCEL OF LAND AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF NISSON AND UTT DI?IVE. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: a. That Section G535G.1 of the Government Code of the. State of California provides that when it is deemed•to be in the public interest, the legislative body may amend a part of the General Plan. That in accordance with Section G535G of the Government Code of the State of California, a public hearing was. duly advertised and held on July 18, 1977, on the application of Nancy Curtis to consider General Plan Amendment 77-2(B) to reclassify the parcel at the south- east corner of Nisson and Utt Drive from R-1 to Riulti-Family residential use. . b. Tttat the proposed change would not have a sig- .. nificant impact upon the environment and is ' granted a idegative Declaration. c.
