RESOLUTION NO. 1587
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN GRANTING AUTHORIZATION TO PROCEED WITH THE
SECOND PHASE OF USE PERMIT 75-12 OF THE FIRST
CHRISTIAN CHURCH
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Planhing Commission finds and determines as follows:
.a. That a proper application No. UP 75-12 was filed
on behalf of the First Christian Church of Tustin
to authorize the development of a church and related
facilities for the property located on the southwest
side of Irvine Blvd., approximately 350 feet north-
westerly of the center line of Red Hill Avenue.
b. That Use Permit 75-12 was approved by the Planning
Commission on the 27th day of May, 1975 by the
adoption of Resolution No. 1445. ~ ~
c. That a condition of Use Permit 75-12 was the re-
quirement that each increment or phase of con-
struction shall be reviewed and approved by the
Planning Commission without public hearing.
d. That the First Christian Church has submitted plans
to the Planning Commission for Phase II construction
for its review and approval.
2. The Planning Commission hereby grants authorization to
permit the construction of Phase II plans in accordance
with the provisions of UP 75-12 and subject to the
following conditions:
a. That detail construction plans shall be submitted
to staff for review and approval to include plot,
elevations, landscaping, irrigation, lighting and
signing, plans.
b. That 6" concrete curbing shall be provided in the
parking area in lieu of the existing railroad tie
curbing per Development Guidelines in Phase III.
PASSED AND ~DOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 10th day
of January, 1977.
