RESOLUTION NO. 1561
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL AND
REDEVELOPyIENT AGENCY CERTIFICATION OF EIR 76-5
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows
a. .That a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIP. 76-5)
has been prepared by staff of the City of Tustin
to determine environmental impact,~if any, of the
proposed redevelopment plan for the Town Center
area.
b. That subject Environment Impact Report indicates
that the intent of the project is to enhance the
environment and the resultant project will not
have a degrading or debilitating affect upon the
~riatural, physical or social environments of the
area. ` --
c. That there are no known adverse impacts of long
range consequence as the result of the project,
although short term impacts may consist of noise,
dirt, air pollution, and disruption of activities
during construction phases.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City
Council and the City of Tustin Redevelopment Agency,
the certification of Environmental Impact Report 76-5
as drafted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1$tY~.
