RESOLUTION NO. 1559
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN GRANTING A USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION No.
UP 76-24 BY STANLEY A. MYERS
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereb~~
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:
a. That a proper application (Use Permit 76-24) was
filed by Stanley A. Myers to allow the use of a
trailer as a leasing office for a six month period,
with a possible six months extension at the option
of the Planning Commission for the property located
at the south side of 17th Street, east of Yorba,
Tustin, California.
b. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application.
c. That establishment, maintenance and operation of
the use applied for will not, under the circum-
stances of this case, be detrimental to the
health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighbor-
hood of such proposed use, evidenced by the
following findings:
1. The use is of a temporary nature to exist on]
during Phase I of construction of the shoppin~
center.
2. This temporary use is categorically exempt
from the requirement of filing an Environmental
Impact Report.
3. The proposed use is not'in conflict with the
Tustin Area General Plan.
d. That the establishment, maintenance and operation
.df the use applied for will not be injurious or-
detrimental to the property' and improvements in
the neighborhood of the Subject property, nor to
the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and
should be granted.
e. Proposed temporary use shall be in conformance with
the Zoning Ordinance and the development policies
adopted by the City Council and applicable regula-
tions governing the use of trailers as commercial
offices as administered by the Building Official,
Fire Code as administered by the Fire Chief, and
City Engineering requirements as administered by
the City Engineer.
2. The Planning Commission hereby grants a Use Permit, as
applied for, to allow the use of a trailer as a
temporary leasing office for a shopping center under
construction subject to the following conditions:

a. The term of occupancy shall be limited to six (6)
.months with the option of a six months extension
by the Planning Commission on application of the
owner, without notice and public hearing.
b. That the trailer be installed and connected to
utilities in accordance with the requirements of
Title 25 of the California Administrative Code as
administered by the Building Official.
'c. 'That at least three (3) paved parking spaces be
provided adjacent to the trailer site.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 25th day of October, 1976
