• RESOLUTION NO. 1538
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMI`'ISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN GRANTING A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
NO. 76-6 of RICHARD BROWN ~ '
The. Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does -
~ w
hereby resolve as follows: '
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows: `
e a. That a proper application for Variance 76-6
was filed on behalf of Brown Development Co.
for a variance to permit parking accommodations
as related to number of employees rather than.
floor area of structure, on the ro ert to

at 14312 Chambers Road, Tustin, California.
b. That a public hearing was duly c•311ed, noticed
and held on said application. .
c. That because of special circumstances applicable
to the subject prop,~rty, relative to size, shape,
• topography, location or surroundings, a strict
application of the Zoning Ordinance is found to
deprive the subject property of privileges en-
~oyed by other properties .in the vicinity and
under identical yore classification, evidenced
by • the following f findings : _ .. _.
The use of the structure is unique as related
_ to parking requirements and area utilization.
d. That the granting o~ a variance as herein provided
will not constitute a grant of special privilege ~
inconsistent with the limitations upon other
properties in the vicinity and district in which
the subject property is situated.
e. That the granting of the variance as herein ~ro-
vided will not be contrary to the intent of the
• Zoning Ordinance or•the public safety, health
and welfare, and said variance should be granted.
2. The Planning Commission hereby grants a variance as
•3pplied for, to permit required parking to be related to number
of employees only and not related to the floor area of the
structure subject to the following conditions: ,~
a. The property continue to be used as stated in the
• application for Variance 76-6 with a maximum of
21 employees on any one shift and that any change
in the occupant or use of the property be subject
to the re~•iew and approval of the Planning Com--.
mission.
b. That a document be prepared to the satisfaction
• of the City Attorney and recorded, limiting the
