The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin do°s hereby, resolve as -follows 1. The Planning Commission hereby recommends~to the City Council the approval of Tentative- Tract Map No. 9345, • subject to the following conditions; a. Compliance with the terms and conditions of the Zoning Ordinance (No. 157, as amended). b. Compliance and terms of conditions far develo~ar~e: as recommended by the City Engineer as contained. in the staff report dated AAri1 22, 1976. c.
