The Planning Commission hereby grants a variance as applied for, to permit a 3' x 5' "For Lease" sign, subject to the following conditions: a. That said sign shall: be removed upon full lease of subject building. b. Subject sigm shall be maintained in accordance with Sign Ordinance No. 614; Article IV, Sec. 1.
