b.~-That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application. -

the use applied for will not, under the circur.~-
stances of this case, be detrirental to the health,

persons residing or working in the neighborhood
. of such proposed use, evidenced by the following
findings : - -
- 1. The use is of a temporary nature for the _pur-

the Zoning Ordinance and the development policies

f. Subject application is determined to be categori-
cally exempt from the requirement of an Environ-
mental Impact Report as a Class 1 (Existing-Facility;
2. The Planning Corrnission hereby grants a Use Permit,
as applied for, to allow the temporary use of an
existing portable office structure by Nicholas Barletta
subject. to the Tollowing conditions
