hereby resolve as follows:

was filed on behalf of The First Christian
• Church for a Use Permit to allow the the
temporary use of~two mobile classrooms for a
six month oeriod, witYi a possible six months
extension at the option of the Planning Com-ni ss i~. ~ .
for the property located at 1372 Irvine Boulevard,
Tustin,.. California.
b... That a public hearing was duly called, noticed
. and held on said application;
c... That establishment, maintenance and operation of
• the use applied f_or will not, under the circum-
stances of this case, be detrimental to the
health, safety, morals , comf ort . or general welf are
of the persons residing or wor'•cing in the neighbox•.

should be granted.
e. Proposed development shall be in conformance with
the Zoning Ordinance and the developmetnt policies
adopted by the City Council., Uniform Building
Codes as administered by the Building Official,
Fire Code as administered by the Fire Chief , and
City er_gineerinq requirements as administered.

2. The Planning Cortrtission hereby grants a Use Perini ~,
. as applied for, to allow the location-and temporary use
. of two mobile home classrooms by the First Christian
Chu?~r.'n subject to the following conditions
. a. The term of occupancy shall be lisped to six (t)
. ~ ' months with the option of a six nsonths extension
by the Planning Commission on application.of the
owner, without notice and public hearing.
b. That .the requirements of the Building, Fire., Engineering
and Planning Departments be complied with in the use
and occupancy of the trailers.
;~ c. That the mobile classrooms shall not be located or~
used at the site until the first phase construction
~. corzpleted to include the. construction of ~~ the -Chapel
and-related parking facilities and landscaping as
~ ~ ciutlined in the previously approved Use Permit 75-12.
PASSED AND- ADOPTED at a regular.meeting of the planning .
Commission, held on the 8th day of December, 1975.
