California. b... That a public hearing was duly called, noticed . and held on said application; c... That establishment, maintenance and operation of • the use applied f_or will not, under the circum- stances of this case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals , comf ort . or general welf are of the persons residing or wor'•cing in the neighbox•. hood of such proposed use, evidenced by the . fallowing findings: ~~1. The use is of a tert_porary nature pending the construction of permanent classroom facilities. . ~2, A~negative environmental impact has been determined. 3.. The proposed use is not in conflict with the Tustin Area General Plan. d. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, r_or to . ~ the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. e. The Planning Cortrtission hereby grants a Use Perini ~, . as applied for, to allow the location-and temporary use . of two mobile home classrooms by the First Christian Chu?~r.'n subject to the following conditions . a. The term of occupancy shall be lisped to six (t) . ~ ' months with the option of a six nsonths extension by the Planning Commission on application.of the owner, without notice and public hearing. b. That .the requirements of the Building, Fire., Engineering and Planning Departments be complied with in the use and occupancy of the trailers. ;~ c. That the mobile classrooms shall not be located or~ used at the site until the first phase construction ~. corzpleted to include the. construction of ~~ the -Chapel and-related parking facilities and landscaping as ~ ~ ciutlined in the previously approved Use Permit 75-12.
