A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN RECOMMENDING OF PARCEL MAP APPLICATION
NO. 75-76

NO. 75-76
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Conmmission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That a proper applicaticn was filed for a Parcel
Map (PM 75-76) to create nine (9) parcels on
approximately 27 acres for potential industrial
development as a part of the Tustin-Irvine
Indus trial Complex.
b) That said proposal is in accord wi4_th the Land
Use.'.Element of the Tustin Area General Plan.
c) That an Environmental Impact Report (EIR 73-1)
Was previously approved in ~onjunction wi th
Zone Change 73-6 for this industrial complex.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the
City Council approval of Tentative Parcel Map No.
75-76 subject to the following conditions:
a) Conformance with all conditions of Zone Change
73-6, Resolution 75-7 approving Final~ Tract 8763,
and Resolution #1~.26 approving the Conceptual
Development Plans for Phase II of the Tustin-
Irvine Industrial Complex.
b) Any improvements and buildings to be constructed
within the 100 year flood plain area shall be
controlled by 'the standards and requirements of
the National Flood Insurance Program as adopted
by the 'City of Tustin.
c) That storm drain easements shall be provided
across Parcel 5 to the satisfaction of the city.
d) Final approval by -ahe City Engineer and
recordation of the final map.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of/the Planning
Commission, held on the 9th day of June, 1975.
