HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1442 1 2 3 4 5 6 ? 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 1442 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF A NOISE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby· resolve as follows: i. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That Section 65302 of the Government Code requires a city to adopt a Noise Element of the General Plan. b) That the prOposed Noise Element meets the State Guidelines for General Plans as promulgated by the State Council on Intergovernmental Relations. c) That the Planning Commission reviewed the pro- · posed element on March 24, 1975 and April 14, 19~5 and advertised and conducted a public hearing on April 28, 1975 for the purpose of hearing public testimony related to the Noise Element. d) That said element is exempt from an environmental impact report pursuant to Section 15147(c) of the Regulations of the California Resources Agency. · The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the city` Council the adoption of a Noise Element of the General Plan to include text and maps as presented. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission, held on the 12th day of May, 1975.
