RESOLUTION NO. 1415
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN GRANTING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF
THE TEMPORARY USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO.
UP-74-7, OF MR. L. B. LEWIS FOR TUSTIN KIDDIE
KOLLEGE.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That a proper application (No. U.P. 74-7)
was advertised on August 12, 19 74, on be-
half of L. B. Lewis and the Tustin Kiddie
Kollege located at 14851 Yorba Street, for
a Temporary Use Permit to permit the con-
tinued use of two mobile classrooms for a
one year period of time commencing on Octo-
ber 9, 1973, the date the previous Use Per-
mit (.UP 72-393) lapsed, with the possibility
of a one-year extension, subject to the re-
view by the Planning Commission of compliance
with' the~ conditions- lis~ed' therein.
b) The applicant is requesting a one-year exten-
sion as pro.~ided for in the finding abo~e.
c) That establishment, maintenance and operation
of the use applied for will not, under the
circumstances of this case, be detrimental to·
the health, safety, morals, comfort or gener-~
al welfare of the persons residing or working
in the neighborhood of such proposed use, evi-
denced by the following findings:
1) Subject use has been in existence since
1972 as approved under the provisions of
the original Use Permit 72-393, and
2) That said two (2) mobile units will be lo
cared in an unobtrusive area of subject
property.
3) That the conditions provided for in Use
Permit 74-7 resulted in the enhancement
the property and school operation.
d) That the establishment, maintenance and oper-
ation of the use applied for will not be in-
jurious or detrimental to the property and
improvements in the neighborhood of the sub-
ject property, nor to the general welfare of
the City of Tustin, and should be granted.
2. The Planning Commission hereby grants an extension
of the Use Permit, as requested, to permit the
continued temporary use of two mobile classrooms
by the Tustin Kiddie Kollege, for an additional
one-year period extending to Oct. 9, 1975, subject
to the compliance with the conditions of Use Per-
mit 74-7.
