U.P. 74-11, OF RAYMOND TRIZINSKY TO LOCATE AND RENT TRAILERS The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a. That a proper application (No. U.P. 74-11) was filed on behalf of Raymond Trizinsky for a Use Permit to authorize the outside storage and rental of not more than five (5) U-Haul rental trailers.~-~on the property known as the Red Hill Texaco Service Station located on the southwest corner of Red Hill Avenue and Laguna Road. b. That a public hearing was duly called, 'noticed and held on said'application. c. That a Use Permit obligates the land and property to conditions as stipulated in a Use Permit. d. That the property owners consent is needed in the application and granting of a Use Permit. e. That the owner of the Property had not ap- proved of the use of outside storage and rental of trailers, and had stated by letter that this was an inappropriate use. 2. The Planning Commission hereby denies Use permit #74-11 on the basis of the above stated findings.
