The Planning Commission finds and determines: A. That a draft Environmental Impact Report was submitted to the City of Tustin by Maruice A.EnderlE as prepared by Haworth, Anderson,Lafer (Planning Consultants) of Santa Ana, California. · Environmental Impact Report to all governmental jurisdictions were made in compliance with Res- olution NO. 74-8 prior to a scheduled hearing. That public notice and distribution of the D~af~ C. That public hearings were held by the planning Commission ~ receive pub~_c testimony related to the impact upon the local environment of the posed project. D. That comments related ~o the proposed develop~ ment of a 12 1/2 acre business professional com- plex to located in the vicinity of 17th street and Yorba Street, were received from the public, staff, Commission, and other governmental agencies. F.
