RESOLUTION NO. 1379
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTiN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING A
USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. UP-73-18, OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN
The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:
1. The Planning Conur~ission finds and determines as
follows:
a) That a proper application (No. UP-73-18) was filed
on behalf of the City of Tustin for a Use Permit
to allow the development of a neighborhood park
on the property located on the northeasterly
corner of Uti Drive and Mitchell Avenue.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application.
c) That establishment, maintenance and operation of
the neighborhood park will. not, under the ci-ucum-
stances of this case, be detrimental to the health,
safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
persons residing or working in the neighborhood of
such proposed use, evidenced by the following
findings:

d) That the establishment, maintenance and operation
of the use applied for will not be injurious or
detrimental to the property and improvements in
the neighborhood of the subject property, nor to
the general welfare of the City of Tustin~ and
should be 'granted.
e) Proposed development shall be in accordance with
the development policies adopted by the City
Council, Ln~form Building Codes as admini~tered
by the Building' Official, Fire Code as ad~ninistered
by the Fire Chief, and street improvemer:t require-
ments as administered by the City Engineer.

subject to the following conditions:
a) Installation of street paving, curb and gutter,
sidewalks and storm drain facilities to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer.
b) Dedication of required street right-of-way along
the Utt Drive frontage.
c) Installation of Marbelite street lights' with
underground conduit.
d) Annexation of the 4.5 acre parcel to the Tustin
Lighting District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission, held on the 26th day of November, 1973
