The Planning Commission finds and determines: a) That a Tentative Parcel Map has been filed by John H. Sieg 1 for the purpose of combining a portion of Parcel 2 and all of Parcel 3 of previously approved Parcel Map'71-48, into one parcel. b) That this parcel map is catagorically exempt from the requirement for the preparation of a Environ- mental Impact Report, under section 6.45 (d) of , Resolution No.73-24 which adopted Environmental Impact Report Guidelines and Procedures. c) That the Planning commission considered the request as proposed at a regular meeting 6f the Planning Commission on July 9, 1973. / / 2 The PlanniDg Commission hereby approves Parcel Map ,/ · / No. 73-66, subject to. the following conditioffs: a) Upon redevelopment of Parcel 2, the installation of all missing portions of sidewalk and the con~ struCtion of concrete driveways, as needed, to serve any development of Parcel 2. o b) Upon development of either Parcel 1 or 2, the closure of all. unused driveways, and construction of any required new driveways, per City standards. c) Final approval by the City Engineer and recc of th~ map.
