HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1339 1 Z $ 4 § · 6 ? 8 9 10 11 15 14 15 16 17 18 19 Z0 Zl 24 51 NO. 1339 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION DECLARING A NEGATIVE IMPACT FOR RIVERFORD ROAD ENTRANCEWAY, TRACT NO. 6473 The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) A proposal has been submitted to the .City of Tustin for the purpose of creating an Assess- ment District under the 1913 Act for the purpose of.constructing an entranceway on Riverford Road · to Tract No. 6473. b) The City of Tustin, Engineering 'Department, is defined as the "Lead Agency" for the processing of this project. c) Resolution No. 73-22, City of Tustin, and Section 15083, Chapter 3, Division 6, Title 14, California Administrative Code, authorize a Negative Declaration for those projects of insignificant impact upon the environment. 2. The Planning Commission, upon review and assessment of the facts and circumstances of the proposed project as described above, hereby determines that the project will have no significant effect on the environment and is therefore granted a Negative Declaration as an exemption from the requirement for an Environ- mental Impact Report.
