RESOLUTION NO. 1336
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 7924
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:
(a) That Final Map No. 7924 has been filed by Jac
D. McClean for the property located at the west
side of Prospect Avenue, south of Carlsbad Drive
and south of Tract No. 7846.
(b) That said Final Map is substantially in confor- ~
mance with the previously approved Tentative
Tract No. 7924, as approved on September 11,
1972.
(c) That said Tract is in conformance with the
Tustin Area General Plan.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the
City Council, approval of Final Tract Map No. 7924, subject to the
following conditions:
(a) Gr~nting of easements as shown on the map and
a 56-foot width for street right-of-way with
36-foot curb to curb distance and 10-foot park-
ways on interior streets.
(b) ProVide adequate underground conduit street
lighting on Prospect Avenue and the interior
tract street to the satisfaction of the City En-
gineer and annex entire property to the' Tustin
Lighting District.
(c) Ail public improvements, sewers, drainage facil-
ities and appurtenances shall be constructed
to City standards and approved by the City En-
gineer.
(d) Ail public utilites shall be installed under-
ground in conformance with accepted standards
of utility companies. No additional poles shall
be set within the property or adjacent street
right-of-way.
(e) Street trees shall be provided and planted in
accordance with City ordinances and policies to
include a permanent irrigation system.
(f) Provide water system and public sewers to serve~
all lots.
.... (g) Provide adequate drainage facilities to serv.

Those segments of existing irrigation lines con-
flicting with or endangered by any proposed con-
struction shall be~moved and relocated or
collapsed and backfilled, or otherwise made to
conform to the specifications of the City of
Tustin Building Code or to the'satisfaction of
the City Engineer and the irrigation line owner.
'(i) Minimum street grades Within the traCt must be
reviewed with and approved by the City Engineer.

Dedication of vehicular access rights to Pros-
pect Avenue to the City of Tustin.
Installation of a masonry wall along the Pros-
pect Avenue frontages of lots 7, 8, 9 and 10,
the design of which shall be-subject to the re-
view'and approval of the Development Preview
Commission.-

Ail fire hydrant locations and numbers as well
as size of supply line shall be subject to re-
view and approSal by the Fire Chief.
Provide street right-of-way and full improve-
ments from the interior street to Prospect Ave-
nue by recording Tentative Tract 7846 or other
suitable means.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
