– to operate an instructional school
use (Springfield College) with a maximum 200 students in an existing 14,919

proposed use includes activities such as administration, college classes,
tutoring, and counseling.

RECOMMENDATION:
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action 12-003
approving Conditional Use Permit 2012-04 to establish an instructional
school for a maximum 200 students in an existing 14,919 tenant space
th
located at 17542 17 Street, Suite 200.

The meeting opened at 10:30 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced City Staff and asked the attendees to
introduce themselves.
Elizabeth Hatch, Nadira Charaniya, Dolores Marikian, and Gloria Broming stated
they were all present representing the applicant, Springfield College.
The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the staff report, and asked the
representatives in attendance if they had read the conditions of approval for the
proposed project and if they had any questions.
Ms. Broming stated they had reviewed the conditions, and had no questions for
staff.
The Acting Zoning Administrator approved Zoning Administrator Action No.
2012-003, approving Conditional Use Permit 2012-04.
The meeting adjourned at 10:34 a.m.
