RESOLUTION NO. 1299
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP TRACT NO. 7954
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereb5?
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines:'
(a)
That' Final Tract Map No. 7954 has been filed
by Frank H. Ayres and Son Construction
Company on a portion of the area within
Tentative Tract No. 7813.
(b)
That said Final Map is substantially in
conformance with s. aid Tentative Tract and
with the neighborhood Plan as approved on
June 12, 1972.
(c)
That with the exception of the primary bike
trail system, as directed by the City Council,
said Tract is in conformance with the Open
Space - Recreation - Conservation Elements
of the Tustin Area General Plan.
(d)
That development plans shall require the
review and approval of the Development
Preview Commission.
2. The Planning C~mmission hereby recommends to the
City Council, approval of Final Tract Map 7954, subject
to the following conditions:
·
Submission and approval of bonds and Tract
Improvement Agreements including the Sycamore
Avenue railroad crossing.
·
Approval of the CC&R's and adequacy of the
letters of commitment by the City Attorney
for compliance with the conditions of
approval of the Neighborhood Plan.
3. Domestic water service shall be provided by the
City of Tustin or its duly authorized agent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning
Commission, held on the Twenty-seventh day of November, 1972.
