UP~72-389, OF ROBERT C. MUIR, ET AL. ,. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve'as follows: 1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a) That a proper application (No. UP-72-389) was filed on behalf of Robert C. Muir, et al. for a Temporary Use Permit to permit the use of a training ski slope for clubs, schools, private commercial purposes, etc. on the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as ~ though set forth her~n in full. b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application; c) That establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not, under the circumstances of this case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such pro- posed use, evidenced by the following findings: 1) That its basic instructional use serves a beneficial community purpose. 2) That its design is such that there would be a minimal safety or hazard element in- volved. 3) That its total dimensions and location on subject site are such that it will have little or no public exposure relative to aesthetics. 4) That for all intents and purposes this is an interim use of this large vacant commercial parcel. d) That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detri- mental to the property and improvements in the neigh- borhood of the subject propertyi nor to the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and should be granted. 2.
