RESOLUTION NO. 1275
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN GRANTING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO USE
PERMIT NO. 72-379 ON APPLICATION OF ETHEL DOTY
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows
' a) That a proper application for amendment to UP72-375
was filed on behalf of Ethel Fuller Doty by Robert
T. French, authorizing a shopping center and pro-
fessional office building complex, on the property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto an incor-
pOrated herein by this reference as though set
forth herein in full.
b) That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held on said application on July 10, 1972.
c) That establishment, maintenance and operation of
the use applied for will not, under the circum-
stances of this case, be detrimental to the healtk,
safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the
persons residing or working in the neighborhood
-of such proposed use.
d) That the establishment, maintenance and operation
of the use applied for will not be injurious or
detrimental to the property and improvements in
the neighborhood of the subject property, nor to
the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and
should be granted.
e) Pr. oposed development shall be in accordance wit!%
the development policies adopted by the City
cil, Uniform Building Codes as administered by
the Building Official, Fire Code as administered
by the Fire Chief, and street improvement requ.~-e-
ments as administered by the City Engineer~
f) Final development plans shall require the revia-".:
and approval of the Development Preview Cont-.is?.'-~''.
2. The Planning Commission hereby grants an amendment
UP72-379' Use Permit, as applied for, to allow the development o-" a
shopping center and professional office building complex in acco~-:-
ance with the submitted plot plan subject to the following cond~-
tions.
a. Entranceways and curbcuts on 17th Street for the
development shall be as determined by the City
Engineer as related to'traffic patterns and streez
design.
b. The cul-de-sac on the southerly perimeter road
shall extend easterly to the property line.
